Hi, Looking for a route for a steady ride to try and get back into biking after being lazy for 30 years. I fancy doing the canal tow path from Langley Mill to Trent Lock as far as I can remember at my advanced age there isnt many steep hills on canal tow paths so that should suit me fine. I have been on the British Waterways site and downloaded my pass and signed it so short of being pushed off into the canal by maggot drowners I think all should go well. Been on bikehike and it looks like about 11.5 miles each way. Anybody in the area want a ride someday?

Thanks Gunner, that looks perfect. Bet I can still come off!
