Just found out I need to avoid any training supplements that contain potassium. As far as I can see pretty much everything has potassium chloride in it! I’m looking for something I can use on long rides to add to my water.

I can make my own for shorter rides but I can’t carry enough water for over 4/5 hours and all the suff they offer at events like Evans or Schwalbe events will have potassium in them

Not holding out much hope at fining something…. unless you know different.

I’m not sure you’ll find one. You could always make your own with table salt, baking soda and sugar? You can take the ingredients dry and mix with water when there?

Have a look on the net for ideas. You could just make one large tub in one go and simply scoop some out when you go riding.
