Hi,
Subject says it all really.. I am looking at buying either the Avid 2009 Code 5 disc brakes or the Avid Elixir CR brakes (don’t know what year the Elixir CR one is though). I’m just getting the one 160mm for the rear.
They’re pretty much the same price where I’m looking and I’m not sure which one to choose. I’m leaning towards the Code 5’s because I have a feeling that the Elixir CR ones might be an older year, but does that make much difference? Anybody have any opinions/advice?
