well, not so much biking gear, but it is part of my biking gear…

anyone no of any of the big shops that sell the mini size cans of coke

i used to get them from my local shop but they dont do them anymore

if your wondering why i use them… i allways take one on big rides with me, and usualy crack it open at the top of the longest and hardist climb of the day, it kicks u a nice kick of energy

but not as good as racing with monster energy, now that stuff is good…

    Energy Gells

    special drinks

Sandwiches made from strange mixtures of stuff

    and now Coke! 😆

If its the caffine and sugar you want, why not get the cheep supermarket versions of Red Bull and bung that down ya (see if it gives you wings or just the runs) 😉

nah ive used the little cans of coke for ages…

a tell ya what i did try the other week at the mtb race

me and the lads were getting the shoppin in the night before, and one of them told us to get cans of monster energy, so we got a couple each

opened them when we got back to the room and left over night so the fizz would go…

put a can of it in one of hour bottles on the mornin and on the final lap i got mine at the feed station, took a massive drink and chucked it…

it did make me feel a little sick, but then after about 5 mins i realy felt it up the big climb, was pritty good, and all the lads agreed…
