Hi I have been looking at electrolyte replacement tabs. There are some on sportpursuit called h2pro. The come in various strengths ranging from 250 mg to 1500mg. Each tablet makes 500mll of drink. Am I missing something or could you just not use quarter 1500 tablet to make a 370ml drink ?? Hence getting 4 times as much for the same price.

I have tried diorilyte powder and it makes me reach so looking to try something that doesn’t make me vomit :-).

As long as you can divide the tablets then yes you can use a proportion of the larger tablet.

It hardly makes any sense to buy the weaker ones then lol. I would be dissolving in camelback anyway.

I have also noticed high5 tabs with caffine. Is caffine ok to drink whilst riding as I could poss be drinking 6 litres of the stuff on a day out ?
