so do you use them, if so why, and if not why???

ive allways raced with them, and when out with the lads doing 50-70 milers i do, as if you get dropped it can be pritty lonley…

the most effective ive ever used have to be the sis caffeine ones ( in the red packet )

one of the lads was telling me today his bro used six of them in a race 😯 and was shaking after it….

although after racing at derby and getting nearly 25 free energy gels i have been using them ( there pritty rubbish i think…)

    You caffeine junky! 😉 😀

One of my racing friends used to drink de-caff through the week and concentrated Camp Coffee (your mum and dad may remember this; it was liquid coffee & chickory in a tall square bottle) on the morning of the race – concentrated caffeine – and it did taste nice, as well! 8)

I remember Camp Coffee, never drank it, but knew someone who did. Didn’t really appeal to me, I’m a tea lover 😉

It it’s warm, brown and hasn’t been in a radiator, ditch or someone’s bottom, I’ll drink it! 8)
