A while back I had a hefty crash, totalled my rear wheel which I have since replaced with a custom build from CRC.

Anyways, it turns out that my forks (rockshox tora) took some punishment in the crash as the lockout doesn’t work and they seem to be a bit noisy, sort of a hissing sound when compressed?

Was wondering what it might be (I was thinking a seal has popped or something?). Any idea’s on what I’ve done to them? Would a rebuild be pricey or would I just be better off upgrading them with some marzochi’s/fox’s?
