Had my Hardrock Sport Disc for 5 weeks.
Went off road today for just the 4th time and therefore switched my suspension on.
Halfway through the ride there was a tarmac section so I went to lock it out and my Suntour forks have broken.
I can no longer lock them out.
This is not what I would expect after 5 weeks of ownership.
Does anyone have any experience with SR Suntour parts/warranties/replacements etc?
Will this be an issue for Suntour or Specialized?

Take it back where you got it from I think it is down to them to sort it out as they were the retailer.

It’s going back in 2 weeks for a service anyway. I’ll let them deal with it then.

I would take it back straight away or at least phone / email them so they are aware it is broken.

Don’t let the seller give you any old ‘we’ll send it back to the manufacturer’ boIIocks. 5 weeks is a very short time and they’re obviously faulty. Insist on replacement or full refund; your choice.
