I use a set of safety glasses that i had to ware when on site working……you can get them in loads of different colours and styles and they are very safe.

I got a pair of the light blue semi mirror Endura Spectrum Glasses recently, great in low light coniditons, only £14.99.

Sat on them the other day when I left them in my jacket back pocket, broke them, not happy.
