    Deore brakes came off and XT brakes went on haha

    Though I would prefer SRAM ultimate guides, thought me losing 2 stone would be better

    I have the Guides on my Mega, and they are incredible brakes to be fair .. let me know what you think of the crank set, I swapped the X1 for XO1 and have never looked back 8)

    ..well most of the time the shifting is spot on, only had a few occassions where it didn’t know what it wanted to do! I’m putting it down to cable just stretching in.

    That’ll just everything “bedding in” on a new bike, I meant more the cranks themselves .. I’ve found the lower to middle of the range SRAM cranks have quite a lot of flex in them compared to HolloTech ll

    The carbon jobs on the other hand are proper stiff 😉

    I got a process, probably up there with one of the best bikes I ever owned. Had it a year now and gave her fair beans, she loves
