    can i use two different rim widths together. i have a 38.4mm wide rear and need to find a front to go with it, cheap! the most common i can find are 36mm will this make a difference. has anyone done this? cheers

    Of course you can, there shouldn’t be a problem.

    Is the very quick answer, what brakes are you running though, disk or canti, not that it will have any great impact but there may be some very minor adjustmnents to make that’s all 😉

    disc on the front v on the back.
