just a wuick question lads a dual headed pump will allow both thin and thick valves on innertubes to be pumped up?

Yup, should allow the skinny Presta and fat car-style Schrader.
The Presta fitting may even fit the early Woods type valves, with a bit of careful tweaking.

If I understand your question correctly.
Yes a pump with two holes, like the great little mini pump I got from Lidl for a fiver allow you to fit to both the larger car type valve and the smaller bicycle valves.
However most pumps allow you to do this as the flexable tube you fit to the valve will normally have a screw in insert that allows both types of valve to be used…..if you know what i mean 🙄
