    i am looking at putting disc brakes on my bike but i dont have the rear mounts i saw an old work buddy’s bike a few years ago he had some sort of adaptor on his bike so he could mount the calliper do any of you know who makes it and what its called please

    I can’t answer your question, but it may help others if you say what type of bike you’ve got, or even post a picture. I imagine it would throw up a lot of different scenarios depending upon whether you’re on a hardtail or a full susser, and then what sort of rear suspension set up your riding, as to determine where any “adaptor” may mount.

    its a hardtail unknown what the name of it is as i have built it from parts that i have bourght
