    hi all bit of a stupid qwestion but like they say its only easy if you know the answer lol …. .. well basical my bikes is a barracuda dropzone and the rear shock is 150mm eye 2 eye . im 13 stone and it bottoms out over the smallest of humps / jumps . . iv seen a shock on flea bay thats 190 mm and the guys says “These shocks fit 99.9% of bikes that can handle 150mm + sized shocks ” is this true will a 190mm fit my bike when the one thats in it at mo is 150mm ?????? thanks guys

    if your shock is bottoming out, its probably not to do with the length, its to do with the air pressure inside, or if its a coil shock its the wrong coil. got any pics of this shock?

    im not an expert on rear shocks unfortunately, but i would say that it wont fit no.

    if its a coil shock try tightening the big nut that winds the coil in, making it harder 🙂

    as above mate yeah the springs come in lbs of strength so a 450lbs spring is gonna be rubbish for a small shock, it should say on the spring what rating is has…
