See that Team Sky will be on Pinarello bikes next year.

Shame about the Shimano groupset 😉 .

Read that Team Sky were being supplied with Pinarello bikes a while ago in Cycling Weekly, was just waiting for Harry’s name and Westbrooks to crop up somewhere. 😆 😆 😆

Shows how big business and money works. WTF are they thinking of putting Shimano on a Pina?

    It should be made a criminal offence 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

Love the paint job and I love the Dogma. Now, this might surprise some of you, but I won’t be getting a Dogma

You’re right. There is nothing at all wrong with Shimano. It’s just madness to put it on a thoroughbred Italian racer. And also it’s not as good as Campag for many, many reasons 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

On the other hand the best gear system ever made is Shimano XTR. I’ve had it on my titanium MTB for 12 years and it’s been faultless and has been abused like you wouldn’t believe. No good on a road bike though

Harry, how do you decide which bike to ride?

Harry, how do you decide which bike to ride?

    I haven’t got that many 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

At the moment it’s very easy I ride either the Scott CR1 that is on the turbo or the Ridley Noah that has been designated ‘winter bike’ and has to be cleaned every couple of days from top to bottom.

When the weather improves it will be like Deal or no Deal some days I will have a system and other days I’ll just pick one at random.

It hasn’t always been like this you know. When I was in my early 20s I used to ride to York and back on training rides on a Raleigh 531 tubing job. 145 miles round trip on a heap of crap and yet it seemed easy.

God it’s sounding like me dad talking. I’ll get me coat . . . .

PS I actually have one bike that hasn’t yet been ridden and another one that has done approx 500 yards. I can’t wait for Spring

    Here, here. 😉

You wouldn’t believe some of the rides I did on heavy, old bikes, thoroughly enjoyed them though. 😀

Part of the reason for asking was I am still thinking of a new bike. I’m not sure how I could resist riding it if I bought it.

Mike, you’ve been thinking about it for too long. I usually buy them without giving it any thought whatsoever. 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

I must say I was polishing a couple the other day and was really desperate to get out on one of them
