    Hi

I’m up in West Yorkshire, Wakefield to be precise, & Wharncliffe Woods always used to be good riding.

I can’t answer for nowadays though, as I haven’t been there for literally years.

riding bk up to the car park was a killer 😯

Is that due to having these full-suspension monsters that weigh almost too much to ride anywhere bar with ‘gravity assistance’

Im from Doncaster and for beginners you can access the trans pennine way where you can churn up the miles on not to challenging routes. Then there’s always the peak district which offers you loads of trails varying in difficulty.

    I’m in Conisbrough.

If anyone’s up for arranging a forum ride around the area I’ll be up for it. There are some good rides around the river Don/Sprotbrough/Steetly Quarry/cusworth.

Also in Donny. Didn’t like the look of the OS map with a view to trails here so if anyone’s got any recommendations, would be appreciated. Would be happy to meet up and arrange a ride
