squealing brake
-
my hydro disc brakes squeel when the bike is tilted to the right rather annoying any ideas what it is? do you think cleaning the rotor with with something might help?
-
maybe a loose rear hub?
maybe just a bit of frame flex?
maybe a warped rotor?
maybe something like the wheel is not in tight or slightly in the wrong place?
all guesses im afraid. 😕
simply cleaning it probably wont help. if possible check all of the above.

Same thing happened to mine when I switched to organic pads, try metalic ones.

cleaned the rotor with brake and clutch cleaner worked a treat and no more noise wheyhey!! i think either the rotor or pads were covered in dust

cool. as you mentioned it squealed only when tilted to the right i wrongly guessed that it was a different problem. to me, it sounded worse than it was obviously. 😯
