Sunday 25th January. Clay Bank?
-
Sunday 25th January.
START POINT…………….Clay Bank Car Park
TIME………………………..0900hrs
ROUTE……………………..Climb Carr Ridge, descend Jacksons Bank, through woods to climb Turkey Nab, cross Ingleby Moor to Armouth, cross Middle Head to Bloworth Crossing, descend Ingleby Incline and return through woods to car park.
PACE……………………….Easy to moderate.
I’m thinking of riding Sunday 25th January, as per above route and time, anyone welcome to join me if you fancy it. Route may alter slightly dependent on conditions.
I’ve attatched a route map, as you can see there’s some nice climbs, some steep descents and quite a bit of flat……………
Ideal January riding.

Nice one Grant, see what sort of time we do this route in and we may be able to add a bit of nice downhill on the end 😉
-
It’s a very rough 13 mile, Grant ,with the option to an extra bit if we fancy over the other side of the woods, round the Wainstones area.

You’ll enjoy it Mally 😀 😀
Sounds like a good route, think we should throw in the downhill at the end regardless 😆

I will if you will Mally 😉 😉
I think if it’s a cracking day weather wise, we might review the route when we get there, who ever is riding, and maybe do something slightly different if everyone is in agreement 😉

I’m hoping to get along to this one, while since i’ve been down the incline, may even turn up with a new helmet cam 🙂
