SEPTEMBER FORUM RIDE.

DATE………SUNDAY 27th SEPTEMBER 2009

START POINT……….PINCHINTHORPE VISITORS CENTRE CAR PARK

START TIME…………0900 hours

DISTANCE………….(To Be Confirmed) MILE very approx.

PACE…………..EASY

ROUTE…………Leave the Visitor Centre and head for and pass Home Farm. Climb “The Unsuitables”, bottom to top, and then cross the moor to the back of Highcliffe and follow the trail to Sleddale and climb to Percy Rigg.

Drop down to Lonsdale, then climb to Coates Moor then drop to Gribdale, climb to Newton Moor, make for the Obsevation Point then a quick rattle down the Unsuitables, and back to the start point.

Nice easy pace, with plenty of ups and downs, ideal for anyone wanting to get out and find where everwhere is. 😉
