I currently have a Voodoo Hoodoo with 100mm Rockshox XC30TK shocks and it does a fine job.
been looking through the spec of the original factory build. I notice it has 120mm travel shocks.
now considering i dont do much of the crazy shoite and in just looking to get fitter
what difference does 2 cm of travel make?

Not a great deal to be honest, especially if you swapped like for like, if however you where upgrading to a better fork 120mm would be nice to have. It will also slacken your head angle a bit which is no bad thing
