The woods is crap at the moment (sorry for topic change). I took Bry and Teacherman up the Unsuitables the other week with the hope of bypassing the logging and bringing them down the steep descent (Black Route) near Hanging Stone. The descent had been totally obliterated by forest machinery and was unrideable unless you were prepared to risk real damage to your bike from debris on the trail. Luckily my local knowledge allowed a quick and satisfactory route change.
Feel sorry for people travelling to the area not knowing what is happening up there.

And you too mate. I’d have considered heading up there but a bit tight on time as the wife has the car at work today and wont be back till close to 6pm. Sometime soon though, eh!?

Yes mate – I was talking with Shaun last night and he’s up for a ride over too some time. It’s a bit boggy at the mo (no surprise) but I’m hoping to get back on the jumps again soon 😯
