I’ll probably cycle over and meet at the carpark.

Think I’ll ride there on the road and check out some cheeky route on the way back. Have you ever had a look at a route that drops down from Dunsdale into Yearby woods?

Yes, was really muddy last time I rode it but it should be nice and dry now, its a nice bit of track.

Do the jumpy bits warrant pads?

I’ll be wearing my knee pads, but always do with flat pedals anyway, most of its just stuff kids have built so you should be ok. Was contemplating putting spuds on but couldn’t be arsed swapping pedals.

Did a few laps up there today, bone dry now 😀 Your only problems will be dust, dogs & midges 😆

At the end of the “bottom” track, thru the gate & straght(ish) on, the local kids have been very busy building, i just wish they would take their rubbish home with them! Enjoy it lads 😀 😀

Bit of a boring ride home for me, no sooner had I got to Dunsdale than I found that one of the branches or stumps I’d smacked had tore my tyre . Bit of gaffer tape and a new tube later, I gingerly limped home.

The route down from Dunsdale could do with drying up a bit 🙄

Sorry Sean thought it would have dried out by now. I’m just uploading the pics.

Thanks for today, some good bits of single track up there! 😀

Yes, its amazing how fate forces you commit! 😆

Gonna see what I have in the garage, I think I’m gonna try 2.35 Kenda Blue Grove front and 2.1 Kenda Nevegal rear see how that feels.
