Like Marty, I am looking to start road racing this year, but will also be starting track riding. I have not got the foggiest on how to set up a training plan so any help is welcome.

if you like me havnt got access to weights etc, but you wana build your legs muscles.
do a session of intervals were you go into a ridiculas big gear thats rock to push, good for building the leg muscles
also for track racing your doing sprints, so getting your body used to the lactic acid build up and be able to withstand it like needed in sprints, followed by more sprints
