    The boys at work are about to decide to enter the London to Paris cycle for Marie Curie next year.

    This will involve 370k over 3 days. 😯 😯

    As the most i have done in a day is 60k (Gunner was right i was fine at the end of it!!!) how should i plan to get to the required level of fitness to be able to complete this.

    Would I be right in stating the obvious, building up to comfortably doing 100k and then trying more on the next day? Is there an online resourse for planning?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
