Nice little turbo trainer routine, just takes 20 minutes, surely you can manage that without getting bored.

Better if you have a heart rate monitor then you can measure yourself and equate your effort level with a Beat per Minute, but it doesn’t matter if you haven’t got one, just go by gut feeling and be honest with yourself.

Pretty self explanatory, work your effort level up to 9 by minute 6 then lay off back to a level 6 effort, work your back up again and by minute 19, you should be doing a minutes work at effort level 10, which should be your maximal effort, then drop down to level 5 for a minutes cool down.

    Minute………………….Effort level

…………………………..5

…………………………..5

…………………………..6

……………………………7

……………………………8

……………………………9

………………………….. 6

………………………….. 7

…………………………..8

………………………….9

…………………………6

………………………….7

………………………….8

………………………….9

………………………….6

…………………………7

…………………………8

………………………….9

…………………………10 MAX EFFORT

………………………….5 cool down

    Sweat and enjoy 😈 😈
