I’m wanting to upgrade my beloved 2003 rockhopper comp disk with a new fork
It’s got an axel super manitou fork and I’ve no idea what could be an easy fit replacement looking at 100mm travel with straight 1 1/8 tube 26 wheel
What I can’t work out is what measurement s to make to make sure it will fit with my disk calipers and anything else??

Some older forks (like my Rockshox Toras) have an IS brake mount (like the one on the rear of the bike) that require and different brake caliper adapter
However, the brake mounts on your current fork are Post to Post mount, which are a standard fitting, so any modern fork (for disc brakes) will be fine.
Your only real headaches are Air or Coil and how much you want to spend.
Have you seen any you like ?
