    Hi All,

Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain some videos of cycling journeys, maybe taken from a head cam or the front of a bike that I can train along with that will be better to look at than the other people in the gym or the wall?

I want something that I can watch so i can at least feel like I’m cycling along the nice sunny roads rather than in the gym. Is there even anything out there that would do this? if not there should be! Once I get the videos I can always do a bit of editing on them to add my own music over the top if required.

As I’m just trying to get back into cycling after a few months of no exercise I don’t need them to be really long, no more than 1 hour (i will be lucky to last that long) even if its 2/3 journeys stitched together to form 1 long ride.

If anyone can help/advise of what I should be looking for it would be greatly appreciated.

Those are exactly what I am looking for – many thanks for these, not too bad a price either.

Definitely going to have to purchase a couple of these on payday!

does anyone know if there is anything like this in a free version?

OK so got myself a copy of the suffer fest downward spiral video and tried it out in the Gym this morning before work… that was an excellent workout!

the videos are well made and even entertaining in some places with some great training thrown in as well!

it was the quickest 60 minutes I have ever spent in the gym training, well that’s what it felt like anyway.

Would recommend these videos to anyone who’s looking for some training help whilst at home/in the gym!

Tons on Youtube search “cycle training”.

Some are great for relieving the bordom, some actually give advice on resistance settings. I’ve followed the sky team round Mallorca, and they just could’nt get away from me. 😉
