Still here Steve 😆 Times been a bit tight recently,what with working shifts and wife/kids etc.I havn’t had much bike time but i’ve been doing a fair bit in the gym trying to keep ticking over.I hope to be back on the bike soon 😉

Not been out on the road bike for ages, don’t like the cold/wind/dark/runny nose, take your pick !!

Much prefer riding it on a balmy summer night, but you never know I might just surprise you one weekend 😯

But I’m such a wuss with this cold weather 😳

Been riding the motorbikes quite a bit lateley, dunno why just the mood has taken me, I should probably put the Shamal’s back on the bike so I can use it through the winter.

Forecast for this weekend is pants 🙄 so I’ll probably just make it out on the MTB, I’d love to fit another ride in with you, but it would probably be at very short notice.

Drop me a text to 07785 293151 if you don’t mind, cos at least then I’ll have a contact for you if I can get a ride at short notice, might be able to keep up with you now your keeping the HR below 140 bpm!

And your Latex stuff is still here whenever you want it, just shout.
