    I mainly ride endurance stuff and I swear by High 5 supercarb 4:1. Its got all the carbs you need plus a little protein.I also use nuun tablets for quick re-hydration,lucozade gels and other bits like dried fruit,nuts,flapjacks etc. Afterwards I have a Mars drink or For Goodness Shake to aid recovery. I wouldnt bother with them however unless the ride was a good distance. Hope this helps.
